Dear Alumni, Artists and Friends,
 
We are pleased to share with you that Kathy Hope, Ph.D., has joined the Innovation Institute as senior facilitator.  Kathy is a psychologist by training and “an artist at heart.”  As a consulting psychologist, she has coached senior leaders in the financial services, pharmaceutical, communications, technology, energy, food services and manufacturing sectors (check here for her bio <http://www.innovationatmccoll.org/about-us/facilitators> ).  We are excited to work with Kathy and to have a facilitator on staff.  Having her join us is a testimony to the continued successful evolution of the Innovation Institute and we are pleased that we continue to grow and prosper.
 
We are very grateful for Vicki Taylor’s work as our senior contract facilitator over the past two years.  Vicki brought great insights and leadership to our core program and we will miss her contributions.  As with Gay Baynes, senior facilitator for the first several years, Vicki’s work made a positive difference in the experience of the participants with whom she worked. 
 
We look forward to introducing you to Kathy at an upcoming alumni event. Thank you for your continued support of the work of the Innovation Institute.  We appreciate you and look forward to a great 2010.
